Who We Are
My name is Jason Wooldridge, I am a Christian and a husband to my lovely wife of 26 years, Stefanie. We are both lifelong residents of Virginia. I am an 8 year veteran of the U.S. Navy, a small business entrepeneur, and I have worked as an engineer for the past 13 years. Stefanie has been a Suffolk public school teacher for 19 years. We have lived on 22 acres of farmland in Suffolk, VA for the past 22 years.
With a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering and second Bachelor of Science in Project Management, I am uniquely qualified to represent you on the Suffolk City Council.
A History of Service
My family has a long tradition of military service that dates back to the War of Independence. I am proud to be the latest of a long line of US Navy veterans with my grandfather being a Pearl Harbor Survivor and my father serving during the Vietnam War. I hope to continue serving and ensure veterans of military service and all Virginians have the opportunities this great state and country provide.
